WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Once your order has been placed, it is final and cannot be refunded. In certain circumstances, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any orders that have already been processed or dispatched.
Any store credit issued will be applied directly to your customer account and can be used toward future purchases at OMILIATOMABEAUTY@OUTLOOK.COM
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on makeup brushes have been opened or used.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
To be eligible for consideration, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received faulty or incorrect.
